Weight Loss Program

Lose weight, change your life. Our all-inclusive weight loss program is designed to help you lose fat, improve your health and increase your level of fitness.



The Program

Your individualized weight-loss plan will be constructed by our team of professionals using your current statistics and goals. Your plan will be a combination of multi-functional training techniques, healthy nutrition and rest and recovery time. You can expect to see results in as little as 10-14 days.

Our weight-loss programme is engaging, educational, challenging and fun, which anyone is able to access, as each plan is individually designed, based upon your own personal circumstances. You can expect your programme to contain a range of Martial Arts and Functional Training methods. This is a highly effective way to exercise using your own body weight and resistance to promote strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels. The intensity of each workout will increase with every additional session.

Our instructors and trainers are very experienced with participants who have struggled with weight and weight loss. They are there to motivate you through the tough moments and encourage you to complete all sessions, increasing your confidence and capabilities both physically and mentally!

With no other obligations, training twice a day is very achievable and after a while you start to crave the feeling of being fit and strong.

This training program consists of two sessions each day, morning and evening. You will be taught a range of exercises and techniques that will promote your body's fitness level and begin establishing cardiovascular endurance. The program will be adjusted to meet your current level of fitness so no need to worry meeting anyone else's standards, we start from where you are and move you forward each and every session.

It's not unusual for people to have to acclimatize to both the heat and humidity here in Thailand, but don't worry, your body is amazing! No doubt you will be surprised at how much you sweat but as you gain strength and stamina due to our 2 hour long sessions you will appreciate the benefits of the cooling effects of sweating! Training with us may be hard but it's also a lot of fun!

It is important that you eat to support your training – especially when the goal is to lose weight. Remember, this is not just a fad diet, but a way to create healthier habits that you can implement at home. Our goal is to help you make permanent changes – not necessarily because you have to, but because you want to.

07:30 – Rise and shine - let's begin the day with happy thoughts, after all we are another step closer to achieving our goal.
07:45 – Gather the Camp kitchen for some motivation and some supplements to support our weight loss journey. Water with fresh lemon, multi-vitamin and amino-acid.
08:00 – Functional Training - let's raise that heart rate and warm up those muscles.
08:45 – To aid muscle recovery let's have protein shake.
09:00 – Muay Thai training or Western Boxing - your choice.
10:00 – Bjj or Yoga.
11:00 – Shower and relax. You've had a busy morning, now it's time for a break.
13:00 – Time to refuel with your carefully planned and prepared lunch.
15:30 – Cardio MMA, Tacfit or TRX training - dependent on the trainer.
16:30 – Protein Shake time.
17:00 – Muay Thai or Western Boxing, it's up to you to choose which you want to do!
19:15 – Krav Maga training.
20:15 – You're done for the day! Take a shower, refuel with another nutritionally balanced and prepared meal and catch up on how the other participants are getting on.

Life After Camp

Everybody knows that fad diets don't work in the long term and that permanent results are a result of consistency and commitment. We want you to continue your amazing journey once you return home. It's easy to slip into your old way of life, which is why we offer online support service to keep you on the right track.

If you feel as if you are returning to your old habits and you start gaining weight, you can email us and give details of your typical day and diet. We will help you plan a better alternative that can be adjusted to your lifestyle and surroundings. Just remember that we are only the coaches, you're the one who must win the battle.

Equipment required for beginners level:

Muay Thai/Boxing gloves, MMA gloves, hand-wraps, shin protection, ankle protection, Muay Thai/Boxing shorts and t-shirt. GI, rash guard and compression pants if participating in BJJ classes. Intermediate and advanced level: mouth guard and groin guard.
