MMA is a modern combat sport nowadays becoming more and more popular all over the world. People appreciate its effectiveness and the spectacular nature of events promoted by sports organisations like UFC, ONE Championship or Cage Warrior.

The fight preparation of an MMA athlete involves both standing combat training based mainly on boxing and Muay Thai techniques and training in ground fighting that includes Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and ground and pound techniques. Other important aspects of training are body conditioning and mobility drills.

The MMA program at Kombat Group is suitable for all levels. Your training routine will include Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Ground and Pound. If you still have energy left after your classes, you can make use of our gym and all training equipment any time you like to further work on your conditioning.

In addition to the general training schedule, we regularly hold MMA seminars. For these we invite pro-trainers and fighters who are a part of the world’s top promoters like UFC and One Championship.
