The MMA program at Kombat Group is suitable for all levels. Your training routine will include Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Ground and Pound. If you still have energy left after your classes, you can make use of our gym and all training equipment any time you like to further work on your conditioning.
In addition to the general training schedule, we regularly hold MMA seminars. For these we invite pro-trainers and fighters who are a part of the world’s top promoters like UFC and One Championship.
