Note:

  • In the morning, you can choose either Muay Thai 09:00-10:30 or Western Boxing 09:00-10:00.
  • Random activities are organized during the week to create a more engaging and not boring program (Aqua Fitness, outdoor activities, beach training, etc..). You will know about it the day before.
  • Functional Training focuses on joint mobility and stability for better motor coordination and reduced risk of injury.
  • Other training options are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and/or Krav Maga.
  • Feel free to try out the different options and choose which classes you like best. You can change your training schedule any time you like.
