  • In the morning, you can choose either Muay Thai 09:00-11:00 or Western Boxing 09:00-10:00 with an optional extra hour of Muay Thai.
  • Random activities are organized during the week to create a more engaging and not boring program (Aqua Fitness, outdoor activities, beach training, etc..). You will know about it the day before.
  • Functional Training focuses on joint mobility and stability for better motor coordination and reduced risk of injury.
  • Other training options are:
    11:00 – 12:00 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Mon-Sat)
    18:00 – 19:00 Krav Maga (Mon-Wed-Fri)
    18:00 – 19:00 MMA/Grappling (Mon-Fri) on Sat 09:00-10:00
  • Feel free to try out the different options and choose which classes you like best. You are able to change your training schedule any time you like.
