We are the only Boxing Camp in Thailand where athletes can train, sleep, and eat all under the same roof.
Our instructors follow the same training system used in the famous Filipino school where Manny Pacquiao started his career.
There simply isn't any other Boxing Camp in Thailand with such strong emphasis on Western Boxing. The Boxing Camp was founded by the current ABF Boxing Champion and former WBA PABA ASIA Champion Christian Daghio, who trains at the gym every day.
Our boxing gym is fully equipped with the most efficient tools to improve Boxing techniques and performance:
- 3 standard rings
- 1 Mexican ring, where athletes can improve their close distance fighting and increase their stamina, always putting pressure on the opponent
- 20 different bags to cover all types of training
- 2 speed balls
- 2 double hand balls
- Waist boxing bands to strengthen legs and improve balance while striking
- Hand boxing bands to use during shadow boxing to improve power and the speed of the shot
- A full gym for the functional training specific for Boxing.

Our training classes schedule
The Western Boxing training sessions occur twice a day. In the morning the session consists of a warm-up, footwork drills, sprinting, conditioning, and strength exercises. The afternoon the session starts with a warm up, then combines bag drills and pad work, partner play and sparring twice a week.
Each and every one of our trainers is a dedicated and talented professional fighter that will take your skills to the next level.
Western boxing is incredibly beneficial for cardiovascular fitness. It primarily involves the upper part of the body, however, combined with the speed and agility of footwork it becomes a full body workout.

WESTERN BOXING FOR SELF DEFENCE
Boxing is crucial in a self defence course due to its stroke’s effectiveness, execution’s speed and defence techniques. You will also learn how to handle high-stress situations during our (optional) sparring sessions organized by skill level.
BOXING FOR BEGINNERS
AND PRO FIGHTERS
Our courses are divided into 3 levels: advanced, intermediate and beginner. We can prepare athletes for their competition or we can arrange pro fights in Thailand and Asia. Beginners are welcome.
BOXING FOR WOMEN
Lots of woman practice this beautiful art and we have the right environment to push your training level further. We are also able to arrange fights for women.
BOXING FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Boxing is definitely one of the disciplines that contributes most to help you lose weight and tone your body. By following our weight loss course the risk of any injuries is minimized.
BOXING FOR KIDS
Kids are welcome in our classes: one of our trainers will lead the session for kids.
Equipment required for beginners level: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, Boxing shorts and t-shirt. Intermediate and advanced level: mouth guard and groin guard.
