All training here at Kombat Group is supervised by experienced and dedicated instructors. The training sessions follow a structured schedule, and you will be continuously pushed to reach your full potential.

Weight Loss

Get ready to transform yourself! Different trainers will take care of you during your journey, teaching you all their knowledge and surrounding you with their enthusiasm.

All the training sessions are done in total safety, and you will never get hurt or injured. You will train alongside champions and fighters, absorbing their energy and motivation, but you won’t undergo the same training routine. All our trainers are masters in understanding your fitness & skills level, and from day one they will push you a little farther than that.

You will see your stamina rise day after day and you will be amazed by what you are capable of! No sparring sessions are involved for you unless you want it and the trainers agree!

We provide you all the necessary means for you to relax: a nice garden and an amazing swimming pool where to rest your muscles, plus a great spa with masseuses who knows how to soften your sore muscles. And don’t forget our restaurant: nutritious meals are served in a location that makes it possible to make friends quickly.

Muay Thai

We currently have five trainers with whom you will be given three to five rounds of private training time per training session to work on your skills and endurance.

We train twice a day: once in the morning and again in the afternoon. The morning session consists of functional warm up, bags workout with a combination of punches, knees and kicks, and specific exercises that vary according to your goals. The main training session in the afternoon starts with an optional run around the lake followed by warm up. Then a workout involving different drills, bag work, shadow boxing, clinching technique and individual pad work with your trainer.

The training session is finished off with some ab work. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the training involves optional sparring to test your mettle.

The hot and humid climate is ideal for speeding up the recovery process. You are likely to see an increase in your flexibility too. You will be encouraged to push yourself by our trainers, and once you get used to training in the heat, you will feel more energised than you ever thought possible.

Western Boxing

Also for this course, we have five formidable trainers who will teach you boxing from scratch or will grow your skills to the next level.

You will join two training session a day, during which you will constantly have a trainer correcting your form. Our trainer/students ratio is usually 5/6-8 in low season and 5/15-20 in high season. In the morning session, the focus is on the footwork and the technique: sprinting, footwork drills, bag combination and partner play are always in the schedule. In the afternoon session, you will have more time to work with your trainers: besides a warm up, shadow boxing, speedball and double end ball work, you will have at least 3 rounds one-on-one with your trainer.

During this session, you will work massively on your stamina and endurance as well. And optional sparring sessions are held 3 times per week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays!

And the best part of all? It is that your accommodation and the restaurant are at just a few steps far from the gym, the garden and the swimming pool. It is the ideal environment to grow your skills!
