How it works

On arrival day, we will first check your body composition with our InBody270 scale. After that, we will construct your individualised Weight Loss plan by using your current statistics and goals. This plan will  be based on multi-functional training techniques, healthy nutrition, rest and recovery time. By following your schedule, you can expect to see results in as little as 10-14 days.

Our Weight Loss program is engaging, challenging, educational and fun. It contains a range of Martial Arts such as Muay Thai and Western Boxing, as well as Functional Training. By using your body weight and resistance you’ll increase strength, flexibility and overall fitness.

Our instructors and trainers are very experienced with participants who struggle to lose weight. They are there to motivate you through the tough moments and encourage you to complete the sessions. At the end of your stay, you can be sure to leave with greater confidence and capabilities – both physically and mentally!

Our programs

Our Weight Loss training programs consist of one morning and one-afternoon session per day (Saturday half day). The program will be adjusted to meet your current fitness level. So, no need to worry about meeting anyone else’s standards! We start from where you are and move you forward each session.

It takes a few days to acclimate yourself to both the heat and humidity here in Thailand. But don’t worry: your body is amazing! No doubt you will be surprised at how much you sweat, but as you gain strength and stamina, you will appreciate the cooling effects of sweating! Training with us may be hard, but it is also a lot of fun!

It is crucial that you eat to support your training, especially when your goal is to lose weight. Remember, this is not a fad diet, but a way to create healthier habits that you can implement at home. Our goal is to help you make permanent changes – not because you have to, but because you really want to.

We also know how easy it can be to slip back into old habits after you return home. For this reason we offer an online support service to keep you on the right track.
