Camp Meals


Whatever your goal, we make sure you eat to support your performance. The all-inclusive package includes three carefully planned meals that give you the nutrients and calories you need to make the most of your training.

If you are a vegetarian or have specific dietary requirements, we will create a suitable meal that meets your needs. Just inform us in advance.

If you are overweight, the chances are you haven't quite managed to establish the eating habits that keep you healthy and fit. When you join our weight loss program, this is bound to change. During your stay your three daily meals consist of fresh fruit and vegetables, quality meat or fish and eggs – fresh foods to fuel your body and mind.

A typical daily eating plan for weight loss could look like this:

08:00 – 11:00    Coffee or tea and breakfast*: Choice of protein shake, omelet with vegetables, or protein pancake and fresh fruit
13:00 – 15:00    Lunch: Fresh fruit, salad with fish or meat
19:30 – 21:00    Dinner: Soup, grilled meat or fish with salad and fresh fruit

Breakfast for non-diet menu includes choice of oatmeal, scrambled eggs, American breakfast or cornflakes with milk (coffee or tea, fresh fruit, toast and fruit juice). Lunch includes alternating Western and Thai meals. Dinner includes soup, grilled meat or fish with salad. All served with fresh fruit.

* Some people eat before training and some just drink coffee and eat after training – the choice is yours.
