Guten Appetit!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g gehacktes Huhn<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel geschnittene Schalotte<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel fein gehackte Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Korianderbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Tasse gehackte Minzbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel ger\u00f6stetes Reispulver (braunes Reismehl ist eine bessere Wahl!)<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel gemahlener thail\u00e4ndischer Chili<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Limettensaft<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel Fischsauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Garnierung<\/h3>\n<p>Frischer Kohl, gr\u00fcne Bohnen, Petersilie, geschnittener Rettich &amp; Gurke<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung<\/h3>\n<p>Das Huhn mit 2 Essl\u00f6ffeln Limettensaft in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze kochen und umr\u00fchren. In der Zwischenzeit alle anderen Zutaten schneiden und gebrauchsfertig machen. Sobald das Huhn gar ist, geben Sie es in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel mit geschnittener Schalotte, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, Minzbl\u00e4ttern, braunem Reispulver, thail\u00e4ndischen Chilis und zuvor zubereiteter Fischsauce.
