What to Bring to Kombat Group

Congratulations! You have made a great decision to come to Kombat Group Thailand...now what? Are you uncertain of what to bring with you? Here’s a list to make your packing easier!

1. EQUIPMENT

You can bring your own equipment if you have it (gloves, hand wraps, mouth guard, etc.). Otherwise, everything you need is available for purchase here at the camp. Here are details of what you will need for each session:
Muay Thai Course: Muay Thai gloves, hand wraps, shin protection, ankle protection, Muay Thai shorts and t-shirt. Intermediate and advanced level: mouth guard and groin guard.
Western Boxing Course: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, Boxing shorts and t-shirt. Intermediate and advanced level: mouth guard and groin guard.
Krav Maga Course: Muay Thai/Boxing shorts, t-shirt, mouth guard and groin guard.
MMA Course: MMA gloves, mouth guard rash guard, groin guard and MMA/compression pants.
BJJ Course: GI, rash guard, mouth guard and groin guard.
Weight Loss Course: Muay Thai/Boxing gloves, MMA gloves, hand wraps, shin protection, ankle protection, Muay Thai/Boxing shorts and t-shirt. If you are participating in BJJ classes you will also need a GI, rash guard and compression pants (as well as a mouth guard and groin guard to train at the intermediate and advanced levels).

2. ATHLETIC WEAR

Bring clothing that will be cool and comfortable even when sweating heavily. Remember to bring extra because you will sweat a lot! We also have Muay Thai shorts and other specialized clothing available for purchase.

3. SWIMSUIT or SWIM TRUNKS

Take a dip in our lovely pool or you may want to visit a local beach.

4. TOILETRIES

Pack enough for the first few days. Personal care products are available in nearby stores and marts, and are often less expensive than you would find at home.

5. RUNNING SHOES and FLIP-FLOPS

Bring both so that you are prepared if you decide to walk/run in the surrounding area, or even just stroll leisurely through the camp.

6. TRAVEL ADAPTER

Keep your electronics charged for when you have down time.

7. POSITIVE ATTITUDE

You’re on your way to better health and improved skills!
