A Typical Day at Kombat Group
All training is supervised by experienced and dedicated instructors. The training sessions follow a structured schedule and you will be constantly pushed to reach your full potential.
We currently have eight trainers with whom you will be given three to five rounds of private training time per training session to work on your skills and endurance.
We train twice a day: once in the morning and again in the afternoon. The morning session consists of specific exercises that vary according to your goals and chosen sport. The main training session in the afternoon starts with an optional run around the lake followed by warm up. Then a workout involving different drills, bag work, shadow boxing, clinching technique and individual pad work with your trainer. The training session is finished off with some ab work. On Tuesdays and Saturdays the training involves optional sparring to test your mettle.
The hot and humid climate is ideal for speeding up the recovery process. You are likely to see an increase in your flexibility too. You will be encouraged to really push yourself by our trainers and once you get used to training in the heat you will feel more energized than you ever thought possible.
