The goal of our Weight Loss Program is to help
each person achieve is personal goal surrounded by a supportive and
professional family. The weight loss program provides a perfect
balance of a great workout, healthy food and rest and 10 days - 2
weeks is ample time to start seeing good results.
In a traditional gym would be extremely
difficult and probably boring to workout for more than an hour or
two, but here you are engaging in interesting sport, learning
valuable techniques that can protect you in the future and on the
way you are shedding hundreds and thousands of calories. The entire
training area is energized with adrenaline and you will be infected
in minutes and discover energy reserves in yourself you didn't know
existed.
Our programs are special in that beginners
and professionals train together. This always motivates the
beginners and gives them the opportunity to learn the technique
faster. But rest assured our motto is humility and respect and
regardless of your level you will be treated like a champion by the
trainers and the other students.

Muay Thai
is the national sport in Thailand and a great way to get in shape
since it is mostly cardio. There are two trainings a day (morning
and evening) where you will train with Thai champions who will teach
you the technique and push you to your limit. Our trainers have the
ability to train each person exactly at his level and ability.
Jujitsu
is a Brazilian martial art which is perfect for women since it
employs smarts over size like a game of chess. After a two hour
session you will be sweating as if you ran a marathon but you will
be smiling since you have just overpowered a man twice your size.
MMA or
mixed martial arts combines techniques from Muay Thai and Jujitsu
and creates a powerful martial art that can receive very effective
results against a stronger opponent.
Krav Maga
is used by the Israeli defense forces. This is a favorite among
women since it is the most lethal and effective self defense
methodology. It cares only about subduing the attacker and less
about technique. Therefore it follows human instinct very closely
and can save your life in an attack.
Throughout the years women have been coming to the camp to feed a
curiosity and have always left wanting more (you

Welcome, if you are reading this article it means that you are
looking for some information about our weight-loss program.
I hope this will provide you with explanations about our systems and
motivate you to come and join us for training.
So here we go, as soon as you arrive I will show you to your
accommodation and help you settle in. We will answer any questions
you may have about Thailand and our programs at the gym.
We will then take your measurements, weight and height. We will also
take a picture so that you will be able to see the changes you will
make during the time with us.
The first week will be about understanding your calorie count.
We will teach you various exercises, watch you perform and observe
your fitness level. With this information and your calorie intake,
we can design a diet which is tailored to suit your needs.
The same concepts it is apply also in how to training and rest.
As soon as you will be ready to follow the right diet and to perform
the exercise as the should be done, then this is will be your
routine:
- 8:00 it will be breakfast that as any other of the
meals will be made to suit you.
- 8:30 the first running session, your condition will determinate how many lap you will do, and the sooner your condition improves the same will happen with the amount of laps.
- Back at the camp start the Muay Thai
training until 10:00.
- From
10:30
to 11:30 you will join the BJJ warm up targeting the stamina, core strength, cardio and flexibility. This is the last morning session.
Lunch and dinner have different times and amounts based on the
individual needs.
Water and electrolytes you will take all day all the time.
- The afternoon session start once again
with the MMA drills from 16:00 to
17:00.
- 17:30 is time from the second
running session to get you ready for the Muay Thai session that
will last until 20:00..
- Then
20:00 to
21:00
Krav Maga session, the best martial art for the self defence.
During the day we will call you to join specific workout
circuits, where you will improve different areas of your condition,
by doing anabolic exercises so your body will increase the hormone
production and by consequence improve your performance.
We aim to increase your reactivity and cardio in order to get your
calories consume at pro levels and in your case to get the shape
that you are looking for and we are here to make this happen. |
